I have worn Starkey hearing aids for over five years and had a wonderful experience with them. Recently, thanks to Covid-19, I dropped one in a parking lot when I took my mask off. Not even realizing what had happened, it was over several hours later that we went back and found it. Unfortunately, it had been stepped on. Not from the area, I contacted Starkey and was directed to Blue Bell Hearing Center. Rita, the Practice Assistant, set up an appointment for me and explained the Covid-19 procedure. I was impressed by their efforts to protect their patients. I met Alicia and she completed a new hearing test and then explained the options available to me. I decided to proceed with a new pair after she took the time to go over everything about the new technology that had been introduced and perfected after getting my previous pair. One week later, I was back in the office being introduced to that new technology. Alicia took loads of time explaining everything to my wife and me. She made me feel comfortable with the technology that otherwise would have been a little intimidating. I left not only hearing better but happy with my purchase. The entire experience was A+ and made me realize there is a difference in who you deal with , even on the same product. Highly recommended!

Received very good service and education about my hearing aids. got replacements for ones I had gotten from another source 10 years ago. my insurance coverage was accepted and I am hearing much better. Highly recommend this practice.
